Parking in Ridgewood, NJ
In the Central Business District there are 15 minute parking meters (and frequent, but friendly, ticketing) to encourage turnover of spaces.

 

For those who work for Ridgewood businesses, there are a limited number of 12 hour meters (requiring a Central Business District (CBD) permits) in the Hudson Street lot and the Walnut and Franklin Lot.

 

No permits are required for parking at the following lots:

Cottage Place Lot (118 12-hr. metered spots)

W. Ridgewood Avenue, between Heights Road; Corsa Terrace and Godwin Ave. (near the Red Cross Bldg.); S. Broad St. (near Brogan Cadillac).
